Hermin has been an integral part of the Broward County community for 36 years, driven by a passion to serve others. He began his career nearly thirty years ago as an insurance agent, real estate broker, and accountant, and earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Nova Southeastern University and a doctoral degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. A believer in continuous self-improvement, he completed his funeral services studies at Miami Dade College and founded Compassion Funeral Chapel, LLC to serve grief-stricken families with all of his professional and business experience.

Gladjina Telifort

Administrator

Gladjina oversees daily operations with a focus on excellence, organization, and compassionate care. With a background in social work and a master's degree in psychology in progress, she is dedicated to ensuring every family receives a seamless, respectful, and dignified experience.

Michael Banea

Director and Embalmer

Michael, Funeral Director and Embalmer, has been serving South Florida families for 30 years and is a graduate of Worsham College of Mortuary Science in Chicago, Illinois. He is ready to help your family with professionalism and care during difficult times.
